"It's time for you to start feeling your BEST, empowered with ALL the knowledge & support you need to manage your PCOS symptoms & drastically improve your quality of life."
A BIT ABOUT ME
I'm Lauren Johnson Reynolds, the London Wellness Coach.
I'm a nutritional therapist, speaker, women's advocate and PCOS expert.
My mission is to help PCOS sufferers take control of their symptoms and start living their best lives in spite of their PCOS.
I'VE BEEN FEATURED IN:
MY PCOS JOURNEY
I was diagnosed with PCOS at 14 years old, told I probably wouldn't be able to get pregnant naturally, then like many of us cysters, I was put on the pill to"regulate" my period and sent on my way.
I was horrified at the thought of not being able to be a mum one day but I pushed that fear down and got on with my life working as a touring singer the best I could.
For years I found myself feeling exhausted, anxious and constantly yo-yo dieting on whichever extreme fad diet was in the media at the time (special K, cabbage soup, cayenne pepper diet anyone?)
Of course these diets always failed and I'd end up feeling worse than ever, constantly craving sugar and hating myself and my body.
I had acne on my jawline, chest, back & shoulders; plenty of excess hair and my periods were extremely painful and heavy.
EXHAUSTED & ADDICTED
Although on the surface, life as a touring singer looks glamorous and I somehow managed to appear like I was fine, I had no sleep pattern to speak of, was living on sugar, caffeine and carbs, had terrible mood swings and when I came off the pill, my periods stopped altogether.
My poor body didn't know whether it was coming or going and I knew something had to change.

At the time I was so ashamed and embarassed of my symptoms that I tried not to document any of it, I even covered the acne scars on my back with foundation so it wouldn't show in certain outfits, BUT...
For transparency, here's a few photos of my touring lifestyle: at the time I just saw a girl living the touring life but now I see someone struggling through self confidence issues, disordered eating and anxiety, creating the perfect environment for her PCOS symptoms to run rampant.
STUDYING PCOS
I decided once and for all that I needed to learn how my body worked and what I could do to improve my PCOS symptoms.

For the next 5 years I became OBSESSED, attending classes, reading ALL the books, watching webinar after webinar, devouring podcasts, courses & anything to do with women's health in the hope that I'd be able to find some meaningful answers in the sea of confusion that PCOS can be.
BREAKTHROUGH
Through my relentless research, I gained a huge amount of knowledge and love of all things wellness. I have completely transformed my body and my life!
I am now energised, confident, happy, have clear skin, stable mood and I'm able to maintain a healthy weight without the obsessive calorie counting I was used to for so many years.
LIVING MY DREAMS
Since my PCOS breakthrough I have been living my dreams - I regulated my cycle, learnt my body's signs of ovulation and trusted by body to I've achieved something I never thought was possible:
In spite of all the doctors' advice, on Christmas day 2021 I gave birth to my gorgeous baby girl and became a Mama, the one thing in life I always dreamed of but never
truly believed I could do!

IT'S TIME TO FIGHT BACK!
I spent most of my life feeling confused, frustrated & alone. Doctors didn't understand & didn't seem to want to help.
The advice out there just focused on eating less and moving more, I'd tried that and just felt so lost!
I don't want anyone to feel as alone and helpless as I did in my PCOS journey, so I've worked tirelessly to put all the information together in one place, in plain English, step-by-step so that everyone with PCOS can thrive.

It's time to fight back, so here it is - the most comprehensive PCOS self-study course available.

WHAT ARE THE RISKS OF PCOS?
WHAT DOES PCOS MEAN LONG TERM?
MORE THAN THE DOCTOR TOLD YOU
A lot of us have been told by our doctor that PCOS can cause fertility issues, but the advice usually ends there.
There are actually a host of other conditions associated with PCOS that they don't mention:
PCOS RISK FACTORS - THE HARD TRUTH
We're all aware of the obvious symptoms, but here are the big issues that commonly arise if PCOS is left unchecked that doctors don't usually mention:
INSULIN RESISTANCE
Insulin resistance is a common driver of PCOS and can lead to type 2 diabetes. Studies suggest that approximately 70-80% of women with PCOS have insulin resistance.
TYPE 2 DIABETES
More than 50% of people with PCOS develop type 2 diabetes by age 40.

CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE
Women with PCOS have a higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease (CVD). Studies suggest that women with PCOS are at increased risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and other CVD risk factors.

GESTATIONAL DIABETES
Pregnant women with PCOS are at a higher risk of developing gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) during pregnancy compared to women without PCOS.

ENDOMETRIAL CANCER
Women with PCOS have an increased risk of developing endometrial cancer which is associated with lack of ovulation.
NON-ALCOHOLIC FATTY LIVER DISEASE
People with PCOS are 4 times more likely to develop non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
SLEEP APNEA
Sleep apnea is a condition that causes breathing to start & stop during sleep. It's strongly liked to insulin resistance, a major driver of PCOS.

MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES
People with PCOS are three times more likely to develop anxiety & depression than those without.
DISORDERED EATING
Studies suggest that rates of binge eating & bolemia are up to 4 times higher in people with PCOS.
OBESITY
Obesity is commonly associated with PCOS. Approximately 40-80% of women with PCOS are overweight or obese.
TIME TO TAKE ACTION
Let's face it, this list is scary - none of us want to have to deal with any of this BS - it's not fair and we don't deserve it!
BUT we can beat this with the right information & the right plan.
That's why I've written this course - to empower you and women like you to feel their best and avoid diseases like these that are avoidable with the correct action.
